"Our 3rd time staying here. Love the location, which is out of the way from the big crowds. The ocean is only steps away from the pool. We especially enjoy the pool bar drinks - and the staff are amazing. Will be back soon for visit number 4."

"Great beachside location, helpful friendly staff. Nice well equipped unit although it would benefit from a few cosmetic updates. Poor WiFi though, Also Surprised that they didn’t supply pool/beach towels in view of their proximity to the beach."

"The property was just what we had been looking for, minute walk from the beach, tiny kitchen, screened in porch and clean with updates. Everything was stocked well from the kitchen and bath to items needed for the beach. We wanted a quiet place to just enjoy the beach and this was it. I enjoyed having coffee and reading in the mornings on the screened in porch. Super friendly welcome when we checked in. We would definitely come back!"

"We had a great stay! It was definitely an experience. It was a peaceful island getaway. If you are able to stay here I recommend it! Any issues we had the AMI team had a quick and efficient response-the only issues we had was our door code didn’t work for all the doors but they responded quickly and got us in in a blink of an eye, and the trash bins outside were almost full but they were out the next day to empty them so no complaints with that! Our only thing was the water in the house is VERY smelly-smells of sulfur so I recommend the owners of the house investing in a whole house filter but we had an amazing stay!"

"Secluded property in a gated community. Beach and ocean views tremendous. Loved sitting on the balcony (which is twice as long as the picture) and drinking coffee while relaxing in the morning."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this condo; 3rd time on the property. Since our last stay, the host has done some improvements with different furniture inside and outside. The host has also provided extras which is nice like laundry items and dishwasher pods, coolers, and beach umbrellas. The location is great; nice and quiet for families to enjoy time together on the beach, at the pool, or inside eating dinner. This condo is on the second level, so steps could be an issue for some. There is also no washer/dryer in the unit itself but there are two for use on the property. We had no issues using them throughout our stay. All in all, we enjoyed the property and will be back in the future."
