I was disappointed in my stay this weekend. Usually I am very happy but this time I was let down. The elevators were working super slow I waited 15-20 minutes for an elevator.. it was hot in the hotel and toilets didn’t flush right. I probably will never stay here again

Everything in this property is broken. I choose this hotel because I had to be in Downey for 2 weeks for business and I needed a gym, laundry. Wanted a pool. This place - laundry broken, when I told the manager she said she didn't have enough money to get it fixed and I could do the laundry mat down the street. Folks, I paid 240 a night for this Gym machines weren't working right Elevator out of service..would take 10 mins to get to my room on the 7th floor. Jacuzzi is broken, my shower didn't work right and they promised to fix but never did. Half the lights in my room didn't function Breakfast was good but there was always a 20 min line for a breakfast and they only served for all of 2 hours .... So I ended up with a bowl of cereal. It was a toss up between this and the Marriott. I choose this place because it was about 1.5 miles closer to where I was working.. I really wish I went to the Marriott. One thing..the place diosa across the street had to be one of the best Mexican places I've been to in forever.

Nice, beautiful place, I didn't like that you pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel, in the room we found broken blinds, broken door and try to used the kitchen sink but was broken too. We ask the for extra towels but they never sent them to our room. They have pretty good complimentary breakfast, they gave us 2 free drink per day.

Wasn’t able to check in 20 minutes before check in time. Check in time was at 4, we arrived a little before and the girl at the front desk said I had to wait until 4 on the dot. We go back after 4 and she says the room is not quite ready. We get to the room and the cover had long black hairs. (I have pictures) I called front desk and no one ever came. Next day we left around 11am. I asked front desk if we could get room cleaned and she happily said yes, we get back close to 9PM and no one ever went to clean the room!!!!!! I called front desk and they said sorry that the cleaners had been very busy. I told them that our trashes were full and we had dirty towels. So they sent the hotel security to bring me bags so that I could empty the trashes and he also had me take out the dirty towels to him. I’m on vacation and felt like I was cleaning the entire time I was there. The remote control was dusty and so was the Kleenex box on the desk. They give us 2 complimentary drinks but bar closes at 10:30 (on a Friday and Saturday) so our vouchers went to waste. The indoor pool felt like a sauna!!! It was ridiculous hot in there. My kids wanted to swim so I just sat there watching them and sweating cause it was so hot! I’m sorry but I paid way to much money for such an awful experience!! Nothing from what I expected.

I didn’t realize at the time I booked the hotel that the pool was out of service, that was a huge bummer. The hotel was very clean except for the rooms bathrooms. Very dirty. It really needed a deep clean. We had to call 2 days in a row for clean towels. They did bring us nice warm towels. The beds were really comfortable but I won’t be staying there again. Over all experience not good.
