We stayed here and the first night we were in a room with no AC we were moved rooms 2 times because the second did not accommodate my mother’s ADA needs. We were given a discount and a bigger room at the third move. I asked MULTIPLE times about the pool lift and was told it was in working order, just to get her changed and ready to swim and told it’s NOT in Working order. This is not an ADA friendly hotel. It is either stairs or a long walk. My mom is not wheel chair bound but walks with a cane cause she is paralyzed on one side so both access ways made getting around difficult.

Beautiful lobby, spacious room, nice staff. ONLY complaint is the A/C didn't work and when I called the front desk they said someone would come to check it out but no one came. Luckily it was a cool night outside

Property is an airport hotel offering shuttle service but their shuttles work on 30 minute cycles. Competitive hotels pass the stops every 5 or ten minutes. In addition, the hallways are poorly marked to get to the room we had. On the plus side the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is across the street and not very safe looking and they charge you $40!!!!! Wow I stay in a lot of hotels and that’s a pretty steep charge for an area that doesn’t even look safe to leave you car No attendant or anything

Staff were friendly but not proactive. We stayed two nights and the wifi never worked. We asked multiple times and were always told it should be working in two hours and that they would call our room to notify us, but it never happened. Since we don’t live in the US, this was especially problematic and we had to go to the Starbucks across the street for internet. Next, there were two desktops and a printer in the lobby that don’t work. Waited more than 30 minutes for it to restart because it was frozen, signed into my email to print my flight itinerary, then it froze with my email logged in and my wife’s passport information on the screen. So, had to force shut down and wait for the slower than Windows 95 speed to verify that my email had been logged out. So, we had to go to the FedEx store to print. The balcony door did not lock, and this is problematic because it would be extremely easy to get in from one of the two neighboring balconies. The room had a slight smell of cat piss. But, shuttle was convenient and drivers were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Looks like a good portion of the building has been renovated. We liked the bed but the pillows are too soft for our taste. We liked that we could walk to Starbucks and In n Out. Quiet outside but could hear neighbors upstairs at 2am each night.
