This was probably the worst Hyatt hotel I been to. Usually the Hyatt is the standard or above it. The room looked awkward, you can the building was old. Instead of the Hyatt I thought I was staying at the Quality-Inn or something.The employees weren’t bad though.

I relied on reviews to choose this hotel, so now I'm questioning the reviews I had read. The GOOD: the hotel is clean. Check-in at 3pm was quick and easy and the rep was friendly. Self-parking is easy, close and free. The BAD: the entire 6th floor smelled horrible like cleaning chemicals. The mattress in room 609 was literally sloping and needs replacement! The AC unit is old and loud, all of the furniture had chips and nicks. I paid way too much for this sub-par room. No longer a fan of Hyatt.

No blankets for sofa bed the day we arrived. AC was at 63 when entered the room. Turned on the heater , the air came out with bad smell. Coffee machine had fungus inside. Breakfast items over by 8:30, no refill. No cleaning for 2 days. I would recommend staying here at all.

Hotel location is great as it’s very near to the mall & lots of places to eat. The air conditioning is very loud & woke me up when it kicked back on. The perimeter of the hotel and parking lot are dimly lit which I didn’t like. Hotel staff was courteous.
