The brand new manufactured home is on a quiet street, so tranquil you will not know you are in LA! It features state of the art new appliances, high ceilings with ceiling fans and sky lights. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Den, living room and family room, large dining table that can accomodate 12 guests. 70 foot deck. Large flat screen TVs, 2 Apple TV s, Xbox, PS4, state of the art digital washer and dryer, huge kitchen & master with his and her shower and jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped community clubhouse with gym, sauna, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and kids playground and picnic area . Safe neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes to the 101 freeway. 30 minutes to Hollywood. 20 minutes to Santa Monica. 20 minutes to Malibu. On Mulholland between Topanga Canyon and Malibu Canyon. Located in prestigious Calabasas, brand new & well maintained house. Tons of hiking trails. You won't want to leave! Perfect for professionals and families. I will have someone here to show you the amenities of the house and assist you with any of your needs during your stay in fabulous Los Angeles. Bikes, golf clubs, tennis rackets, boards, coolers & beach gear. Built in filtered drinking water system and water softener system.

A beautiful home in the hills of Calabasas!

We were delighted with our long stay in Carrie’s beautiful home. It was perfectly set up for our family of 4. The kitchen was bright and gorgeous and the master bedroom and bath were spacious. Carrier gave us great suggestions to do in town and was very communicative before and during our stay. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if in the neighborhood. Thanks, Carrie!
