The property is going to be wonderful when the construction is finished. At the time of my booking i did not know the hotel was under construction. Honestly I cant understand how it was open to book and recieve guest. You entered into the hotel through one of the hotel rooms. The pool was not only closed it is being refurbished. The area across from the restaurant is covered in black plastic. The alarms were going off from 453a Sat to 9a. Which had several guests in yhe lobby concerned on whether or not there was an emergency There was only one front desk person who simply stated there is no emergency. The construction dust was causing the alarm. One of the construction crew members was trying to figure out how to turn off the alarm . Turning it off would of left the hotel vulnerable if there was an actual emergency how would anyone know? There were no phones in the room to make calls or contact the front desk. I could go on but you get the picture. I asked expedia for a partial refund and to be moved. I was offered one or the other. I want a refund.

Walkable to events nearby. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, the maintenance man was super helpful with tv issue. The only downfall was the construction going on. Very noisy, and the pool was closed. I wasn't notified until after my free cancelation of my booking.

The place definitely has plenty of potential and the location made for an easy walk to the Kia Forum. Unfortunately, there was more than just a little construction. The lobby, pool, outdoor seating area, and gym were all under construction. The fire alarm went off several times and there was NO communication as to whether it needed was a false alarm, or just part of the process. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting to stay at a construction site.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is under renovation but they are still booking rooms. Construction with power tools started right out our door at 4 am. We chose the hotel for the proximity to the forum. We were exhausted last night and planned to rest before the drive home. Loud construction, music and multiple evacuations due to the fire alarm happened all morning. The pool is empty and closed. $55 additional parking fee required, as there is no self parking. I have not heard back but I am requesting a full refund. The hotel has no business hosting guests during this renovation.

The property was conveniently close to the Kia Forum. I don’t mind the renovations going on, but the walls are thin and you can hear other people talking in the rooms next to ours and on the hall way. But overall good. I will stay there again

The property was under construction, which I did not know at time of booking because I booked it so far in advance. The pool was closed and loud construction woke us up earlier than we would have liked each morning. That said, the room was freshly remodeled and clean. The shower was amazing. The front desk staff and valet were very friendly. It’s in the stadium district so that’s why you stay in this area… the hotel is nice but the non-stadium spaces nearby are sketchy. The construction on the place seems needed, but the quality of the work that was done wasn’t great - finishes in the room were already worn or uneven. There was very little surface area in the room to put things - the bathroom sink had a few inches on each side, which the female traveling with me found unsatisfactory. There was nowhere to put the suitcases to live out of and no drawers. But there was a lot of floor space, which I suppose is great if you’re planning lots of activities in your room or want to live out of your suitcase from the floor like an animal… which seems off brand for what is now a Hilton property.

Desk staff was very rude the night of check in, Aug 6. She ignored us when we entered, then made no eye contact while checking us in, then huffed when I asked for clarification on directions to our room. Never once looked up from her computer. Not a great start to our stay. Thankfully the hotel was very clean and modern, bed was comfy but could use an extra blanket or pillows in the room. Close proximity to Kia Forum so was a quick Uber to our event.

The hotel was under construction. The pool area was closed off, the elevator was super small and there wasn’t any stairs. The had no drinking fountain to refill our water bottles like over hotels. There was only one person at the register which made check in take forever. The bathroom had some mold in the shower and the view to the small patio was all construction. It would have been nice if they would have added that the hotel was under construction.

Internet access was slow and had spotty connectivity, the construction on the property not ideal. Check in was very slow and we had arrived at 5. Friendly staff though. Room placement next to the valet stand was very noisy and I felt like I had no privacy

Check in was 4pm and my room wasn’t available until 5pm. There was a bunch of us waiting in the lobby for our rooms to be ready. It was hot in the lobby and the front desk lady was unprofessional. The manager didn’t know how to communicate when we complained that our room wasn’t ready. The door handle in our room fell off. The elevator was so small you can hardly fit three people in it and the levels are all on a weird slant. They make you valet for overnight parking and it’s $55. The pool was completely emptied too. It was a horrible experience.

We came in to check in at 4;00 pm and waited in line. They said room was not ready and we needed to wait 30 minutes but they did not let us check in. Went back in line to check in. It seemed like they were giving rooms out to people that just walked in while three other groups including us were still waiting to get a room. There was a big line but no one else came out to help check in. The room looks clean there is not enough storage or countertops to put things down in the room area and restroom. Only had one trash can in the restroom. It needed one in the room area. It needed another towels rods to hang towels in the restroom. I didn’t like wall where the light in the showers shows thru into bedroom area.

My reservation was for a King Room with Balcony, and my check-in time was confirmed for 4:00 PM. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to see a check-in line that extended down the hallway with at least 20–30 guests waiting. After standing in line for over an hour, we were told our reserved room was not ready and were instead placed in a room with two queen beds—not what we paid for. We finally entered our room close to 7:00 PM, which made us late to a concert that was the main purpose of our trip. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The woman assisting us continued to complain loudly about how it wasn’t her fault rooms weren’t ready and emphasized her personal situation, stating she was pregnant and overworked. While we understand difficult work environments, there was absolutely no empathy or customer service shown to the many guests who were simply trying to check in after long travels. In addition to the check-in issues: • The pool and jacuzzi were completely drained and inaccessible, despite being advertised as resort-style amenities. • There was active construction and numerous items out of order, including the water dispenser in the lobby. • The bar area next to the pool was closed. • The rooms had no phones, requiring guests to walk to the front desk for every issue or request. Your website promotes a “stylish stay” with access to resort-style amenities, rooftop dining, and what we experienced was the opposite.
