The staff was kind, and the check in process was quick, but my room had tons of broke amenities like the shower head not working, the draining being too slow so it would get all over the floor, the bathroom lock getting stuck and the blinds were ever so slightly off center so that the outside world could look in to the room. Other than that the location of the hotel was amazing, tons of quick dining options, the rooms were for the most part clean, and the parking was easy

Housecleaning came into my room shortly after checking in. Told them it was an occupied room, they apologized and walked out. The next morning, well before checkout, they unlocked the door but the lock was on it so they weren't able walk through. I was in the shower and yelled, from the shower, that the room was occupied. They knocked on the door a 3rd time, a little over an hr before check out time, amd I yelles through the door it was occupied again. They insistantly kept knocking until I was forced to answer. The housekeeper then asked if we needed housecleaning and I said no. She asked if I was checking out that day and I said yes. She said she'd return later. Unacceptable all the way around., do better USC Hotel.
