Food was terrible and if you didn’t get to the restaurants by 6:30 you could get in they sent you to the buffet which was terrible, never will I stay in a RIU again.

Great rooms, excellent service and lots of entertainment options. The only thing that would have been nice was then option for on demand movies as there was a night it would have been nice to relax and watch a movie I hadn't seen. Would recommend.

Came here with a large group of friends and their significant others. Had a great time overall!! The resort is clean and well taken care of. The staff can be a bit overbearing at times, but they were all nice. Our room was clean and the facilities were incredible. Definitely recommend staying here!

Resort was excellent. Very clean, staff was always cleaning the resort. Food is excellent and cappuccino bar is amazing, it is very close to all attractions. It’s beautiful to wake up and have coffee with the act view. Will definitely be coming again to this resort when I visit Los Cabos.

Riu California was ok. The staff were all very nice and hospitable. Our room had a leak from the ceiling. It was right above the tub so it was hard to spot. But the leaking onto the carpet gave the room a terrible smell. One night when returning a huge piece of the ceiling was peeling and all the paint chips were on the floor. The front desk said they were sending maintenance but after about 20mins we asked for them to come in the am. Maintenence did not come until maybe 3p the next day. They switched our room but it was the same layout. They did give us a bottle of champagne.
