Great location, great staff. Great aircondition in the room. The food was never warm and was very repetitive. Not much to choose from either. So the food could be much better. But a great stay, calm hotel. Read somewhere about entertainment, but it was at another hotel. Could be a bit more info about that.

We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. They are genuinely such kind and warm hosts! The breakfast spread is incredible with so many options and more staff than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast ready to help if you need any assistance. The resort has a really friendly vibe which is enhanced further as most guests spend time at some point in the day on their balconies overlooking the 2 pools - we enjoyed sitting and listening to the different languages float around. Our daughter loved the kids pool and how kind the staff were with her, something we found throughout Tsilivi too! We had the best time and we will definitely come and stay again. Both rooms were clean, spacious and stocked with necessities. They have wonderful staff - from the manager to the cleaning staff, great food, definitely family friendly and amazing entertainment and amenities. Highly recommend!
