"Pros: very clean, helpful staff, very well-located Cons: heating unit broke three times during my three night stay (was fixed immediately but still, inconvenient), flashing red light in my room that I couldn't turn off, heating unit had a bright white light that lit up my room like a moon, no side table lights to read in bed or have softer light for the room"

"Everything was great but the bed let the apartment down as it was a sofa bed folded out. It felt quite small and there wasn't enough space on one side of it to get around and in to ed comfortably. If it was just one person staying, that probably wouldn't be such an issue. The location was very convenient and the check-in/ access was excellent. Overall I'd recommend, it's just a shame about the bed. "

"Overall is fine. The toilet being separated from the sink and shower is very inconvenient. You need to wash your hands after using the toilet but not accessible right away as there is only one sink and it is inside the bathroom. So for a family whose more likely to use both amenities at the same time it becomes inconvient."
