“Väldigt fin lägenhet!! Rent, snyggt och städat. Kändes väldigt nyrenoverat. Trevlig balkong in mot gården. I lägenheten finns allt för att laga enklare måltider o frukost. Trevlig pärm på boendet med olika tips på allt från restauranger till upplevelser. Lugnt och trevligt område att bo i. Promenadavstånd in till Centrum. Med hjälp av instruktioner i bokningen var det enkelt att hitta nycklar, koder osv. Men instruktioner vad som gäller med incheckning/utcheckning kunde varit bättre eftersom……

Parking is generally available in this neighborhood and the nearby beer garden pub just a few doors down is great. The locals are very welcoming in that pub. “We had an excellent stay at Karel and Ava’s. When we arrived, Ava welcomed us showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and updated. It is a perfect location, subway is just around the corner, mall is right across the street grocery store across the street. Takes only a few subway stops before you’re in downtown Prague. We were a family of five staying there. It was super helpful that there was access to a washer inside our apartment. Would definitely recommend it. ”

“Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).”

"The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. The hotel isn’t in the city center, but Prague’s public transport is excellent — it only takes about 30 minutes to reach the Old Town. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money option."

"When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it. But in the end, no one never comes to my room！"
