“We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are……

“A heartfelt thank you to the Happy Rentals team for making our stay at Love of Lugano so special! They were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. The apartment is sparkling clean, modern, and perfectly located near the train station, great restaurants, and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Jessica”

“Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.”

“This property is simply spectacular! The amenities are great & there is every convenience you could ever want. The apartment is modern, extremely clean & spacious; the host is very communicative, responsive, respectful, kind & helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery etc. But the greatest part is the stunning lake views! You wake up in the mornings to the most beautiful lake & mountain views that bring you to an instant place of serenity that is almost inexplicable. We cannot wait to……

"We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal."
