My FAV part of my Italy Trip! This property is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful 😍 our room was huge and opened right onto the lake. The staff was super attentive to detail and helpful. The spa was amazing! Multiple dinning options on property and so much to do! You feel extremely safe while on the premises and it was an oasis away from home! 15/10! Would highly recommend..

The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Switzerland (only behind the 5 stars hotel we stayed in Zurich), great selection with authentic Italian grilled veggies, cheeses, ham ,...

I wish there were more stars available for this hotel. It is worth the cost. I can’t say enough about how awesome ALL staff were with us.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

Our stay was exceptional with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and they even provided a complimentary smart vehicle to take into the city. Nice touch.

Having some yearly business in nearby Lugano, CH we decided to stay at the Parco San Marco again. This time, we extended our stay a few days and explore the surrounding area and what the hotel offers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and thoroughly modern. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Italy. Very close to the Swiss border and the town of Lugano. Facilities were excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. The grounds were manicured. The spa and the indoor pool were excellent. Outdoor pools were "open" but not heated so too cold to try them. The breakfast was more than the common fare found at the usual European hotels. In fact, the breakfast and the dining rooms were one of the highlights. Room was really a villa with large living...

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out, I have yet to meet as many people who care about your comfort and stay like they did at this hotel.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here were absolutely above and beyond. They were so kind and understanding id stay here again and highly recommend then hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also extremely Clean and very close walk to lots of amazing things.

Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.

On site parking, good breakfast and super clean. Short walk to the center of town.

This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat.

it surpassed our expectations. it is quiet, relaxing and the view is magnificent. will absolutely go back there again.

Lovely hotel in spectacular location on lake Lugano. Art center, historic sites, restaurants, and shopping within easy walking distance. Hotel breakfast, pool, and common areas were exceptional and staff were super helpful and friendly.

Great location and great view of the lake , only a 4 minute walk from train station
