“Lovely maisonette. Bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, very very nice. Nice to have DVD player too with a small selection of DVDs. Really nice touch the bowl of fruit, half-pint of milk, bit of coffee (no tea), biscuits and crisps. I gave it a 4 star overall, would have given 4.5 star if I could, would easily have been 5 star if: 1) Fix the potholes on the small road from Madley Plants (understand this is probably someone elses responsibility). 2) Shower doesn't stay in its elevated holder……

“We didn’t have hot water for our stay but the weather was nice all weekend so not too much of an issue. Never received the email with the check in number but thankfully the golf course staff were very helpful nearby. Overall it was well priced and in a great location for easy access to Hereford whilst still being in the countryside. Very peaceful location and friendly neighbours. Our two dogs had a great time staying there too!”

“The house had every thing we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to get ready for a wedding. Make up being done in the kitchen at the dinning table whilst the children entertained themselves in the lounge. The house had all amenities we needed and it was spotlessly clean. ”

“Clean and well equipped. Good quiet location with a short drive from the centre of town. Helpful host with some good breakfast recommendations.”

“Très bon accueil. logement très propre, très agréable . très calme Environnement très plaisant”

“Excellent property, beautifully presented, in idyllic setting. Wrongly listed as with kitchen but otherwise first class ”

“This break was superb. We were additionally blessed with the best Autumn weather I can recall. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. A relaxed stay with ease of access to Hereford ,and we were spared any rains and fords.”

“Great modern place to stay, super clean. Nice area, bedrooms great size and comfortable.”

“Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. ”

“Oh we had such a lovely week, very relaxing, comfortable, warm, with a fabulous host Nicky.Super huge bed, fabulous wet room were a dream. Thanks for a super stay. X”

“The cottage is ideally placed for a short break in Ledbury - close to all the shops, restaurants and historic buildings. The only (very slight) downside is the restricted parking on the Homend - but there are a number of both short and long stay car parks within an easy walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay there and would recommend it highly.”

“Lovely property in the countryside. Animals, walks & people friendly. Loved the community pub.”

“We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work……

“Exceptionally clean property, beautiful views, very quiet location, lovely cake on arrival from the host. Small but perfectly formed and although the furniture is a little dated, it has everything you could possibly need. Real fire with plenty of wood. Well equipped kitchen and fairly new bathroom.”

“We had a great time at horsecroft cottage. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Lovely furniture and furnishings .The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Definitely going to come here soon.”
