The reception even allocated me ground floor because I told her I have heavy luggage and have to leave early in the morning. “Staff was friendly, laundry service was cheap, and they helped us set up a reasonably priced transfer to Koh Samui the following day that included pick up from the hotel. The location was very far out of town though and because of that, we probably would not stay there again. Overall a good stay!”
