"Spider webs everywhere, the property ia dirty and definitely not take care of. There are multimillion dollar homes around the corner of the property and it just doesn't add up. The courtyard wasn't kept up, the seats were full of cowebs. The grass had water bottles and trash. The light fixtures looked like they were from a Halloween night. Just completely covered in spider webs.... The room was dated, the couch/pull out sofa was dirty and old. The tables had many digs and scratches. The counter also seen better days. The front door was dirty and had left over tape on it. Made it look super uncared for. Ohhh and a massive spider web on the light fixture running down to the door handle was a great way to start the trip. The bathroom was actually nice...but the tub looked like it could use a power wash. The fire place in the room almost killed us with the smell of gas. Turned on the switch and after 5-7 mins, we had to exit the room. It was too much. I had to use a portable charger to hold the window open as well as All the latches on the windows were broken. The glass was super dirty its was hard to see the ocean from inside. And finally the smell, it smelled like sewage. Walking up and down the parking lot hill was truly nauseating. Overall assessment of this property is 2 stars out of 5."
