I have stayed there twice and both times was given the view of the homes in poor condition. Also, they put a hold on the room deposit. Arrived home and the deposit has not been credited back to my credit card. The place charges deposit for each night. I feel the deposit should be one basic charge for the entire period. A small gift shop on the premises would be a nice touch.

Perfect Location. Right next to Solaire Casino (under construction) and Vertis North and Trinoma Malls. Everything works great in the rooms. Awesome gym and very well designed restaurant with fantastic buffett and a la cart menus. Staff multiple times went out of their way to help with various areas where I needed assistance

Excellent hotel in QUEZON CITY
We booked my mother and my niece for one night stay. My niece is attending a prom. The staff is very accomodating and allowed my mom and my niece to check in early. The room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable and the buffet breakfast is brilliant. The hotel is easy access to SM North and Ayala Trinoma mall. Highly recommended this hotel 👍

Could not have asked for more. Excellent pickup and drop off to the airport. Attentive breakfast staff, especially Kaya. 5 star all the way. Staff cannot do enough for you. Even the sniffer dog was gorgeous. The staff at the hotel are world class standard as is the breakfast.
