Everything ! Newley refurbished room is beautiful , The complimentary bar was also a big bonus .
Breakfast amazing and fresh .
Staff are all lovely and willing to help at any time.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean .

Lovley hotel very close to train station and shopping centres. Staff polite, helpful, couldn’t fault the twin room slept very well with quality pillows and bedding. Will stay again.

We stayed on the 10th floor. It was so quiet with a great view of the city centre. The room was like a studio flat which was fab.
Breakfast was very busy and there was clearly not enough staff to keep everything stocked up. Apart from that once we did get breakfast it was good.
The restaurant was lovely as was the rooftop bar
