The staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were a decent size and quiet despite being in the centre. The breakfast was good and self service. I prefer fresh coffee brought to the table rather than a machine but that is a minor point really. We had a lovely stay to see a concert nearby. It was a ten min walk to the First Direct Arena. A lovely stay, thank you

We arrived very early , not expecting to be able to check in but the reception staff checked and as our room was ready , allowed us into our room The room was fresh and clean, well stocked with water, tea and coffee We had breakfast the following day which was excellent Any staff we met were polite, friendly and courteous

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar area was part of the restaurant and open to the public so very busy. Seating in this area was a little scruffy. Room was really nice. Bathroom had a large walk in shower and good toiletries. Mattress was very had and would have benefitted from a topper. Pillows weren't the best for the standard of hotel

Modern hotel with good facilities in an excellent location. You get discounted parking in the main trinity shopping centre car park, but it’s still quite expensive and the car park is rather small so gets very busy on weekends.
