Booked months ago. Given tiny room next to lift. No hairdrier, no mirror, I booked my daughter at the same time, her room had everything. When I complained they said it had been noted. Nothing was done. They also said I'd "forgotten to pay" when I paid on check in. No apology - just attitude.

We travelled by train, and this hotel could not have been more conveniently placed in proximity to our transport! Throughout our stay, all staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel facilities offered us a lovely base for our visit.

Two irritants were our door key not functioning on our second day and each morning our prepaid bookings for breakfast not recognised! Staff did sort it but it was annoying. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay with good, friendly service.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Leeds, shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back.

Lovely, friendly staff. Great building. Room small but fine. Works outside were an issue at approx 6.30am, building/construction. Also we thought we were advised breakfast was until 10am however it seemed to stop at 9.30. Breakfast quite poor and at an additional charge of £16.95 per person, we found it limited in choice for that price.
