“It was a great place to unwind.”

“We loved the location, king sized beds in each room and 4 bathrooms. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed the 11 of us comfortably. The hot tub was a huge hit!”

“Good location at Catskills area. Family friendly, large back yard that has access to the nearby creek.”

“Great, highly recommend”

“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.”

“Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was very flexible with our reservations and requests and was in constant communication the entire trip. Nice Work!”

“The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with!”

“Great house and great host! Very convenient location particularly to Windham Mountain. ”

“Great place, great location, great host.”

“Great location, house is a bit run down. If you’re there just for skiing, this would be a great home.”

“This place was better than the photos I was seriously impressed”
