“Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were lovely, extremely clean and beautiful grounds. Had a wonderful chat with one of the groundsmen. Marlow is just a short drive away. The reason I haven’t given an “excellent” was because the massage wasn’t as relaxing as I would expect. No calming spa music and very hot in the treatment room. You can also only use the spa until 11am in the day of check out, and whilst I understand they don’t want people there all day we didn’t need to leave until 12. I……

“The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water.”
