Excellent stay in Shepperton, for a work trip. Celine was great during check in and check out, making us feel very welcome and showing our kids the play area in the lobby. A great selection and quality at breakfast, where Julie was a great server.

£8 to park overnight and £16.95 for breakfast which is excessive if you want yoghurt and fruit and a cup of tea I wish they’d have a way of offering a minimal breakfast at a fair price say £8? Not just here obviously. The facility is what you expect from IHG. When I mentioned the smelly drain in the bathroom they were very responsive and the staff are professional and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was spotlessly clean , the bed was comfortable, the under floor heating in the bathroom was amazing. We had a minor problem that was sorted when we spoke to the reception staff.
