“Communication was terrible.. the owner/manager/ person in charge told us they would text us when the TiPi was ready... we never got a text. Drove back to the property and he was mowing his lawn in his backyard and told us it was ready. Never showed us which one it was just pointed in the general direction. The field was grown over our knees with no paths to any of the tipis. Still no pads to the outdoor shower or the toilet which was in it big steel building filled with machines and metal……

“For what it is, and for the price it is a really great place to stay. If you are into outdoor activities its a must do. Lee is a great host and the shop cat is real sweet. ”

“We were fully prepared to stay in a teepee, which we knew would not have electricity and other amenities. We were expecting to camp in a fun tent. Our surprise came when we realized that there was no "floor" to the teepee. There were nice outdoor rugs across the space, but there was no connection with the sides of the teepee, and around the edges of the sides were grasses 2 feet high. The biggest suggestion I could share is for the owner to add tarps to the bottom of the teepee. It all worked,……
