“The room had an interesting smell. Maybe the ventilation is not very good because it rains a lot in this part of the country, I’m not sure. The staff is definitely not the friendliest, some are better than others. Breakfast is very good. The gym is OK glad they have a peloton now but a lot of times that Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and I couldn’t log onto classes so I just had to do a solo ride. They could expand it and get more equipment to make it a little bit more useful. I ended up going to a Planet……

“Hotel is okay for a quick sleep. It’s a good price. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, room could be updated some. My closet door wouldn’t shut. The man across the hall from me was smoking weed and the hall stunk even though it’s smoke free. Area around hotel is crappy. The woman checking me in was completely unfriendly. Didn’t get my $50 incidental charge did not get refunded and I had to call.”

“I always choose this location when traveling for business in the area. Great accommodations, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend for others.”

“The property is undergoing renovations so there was the expected construction dust and things around. However that night the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the hotel for safety precautions! I had just dozed off, there was a small child who was scared to death! The gentleman at the front desk looked terrified and he was on two separate phones he looked a nervous wreck!”

“We didn't know what to expect. This place was up to it's high rating. Julia and the rest of the staff were very accommodating! The place was renovated into the hotel Teo years ago and still feels brand new. The a/c was the quietest we have ever experienced!! There is one of the coolest little markets next door along with some other places to eat that we will try the next time. Loved the waterfalls and casino close by.”

“I wasn’t informed that renovations were being conducted on the property. It was very disconcerting, trying to get into the property because the signs weren’t clearly marked. Also, they were went and clean my room like I wanted to clean and brought clean linens so no I wasn’t happy.”

“The property overall is top notch. I was pleased with my King suite, and had a nice view of the property overseeing the pool. The casino was a lot of fun. The staff does well to keep the game floor clean. Service could be improved at the cash center during busy hours, but the staff were all super friendly. I got a 80 min relaxation massage at the spa, and really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The pool was fantastic. I enjoyed all the meals from 3 Stacks. I do not recommend Ramsays Kitchen. I……
