“Very nice room, everything worked, including the elevator. They had breakfast included. Would stay again if in the area.”

“Hotel is okay for a quick sleep. It’s a good price. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, room could be updated some. My closet door wouldn’t shut. The man across the hall from me was smoking weed and the hall stunk even though it’s smoke free. Area around hotel is crappy. The woman checking me in was completely unfriendly. Didn’t get my $50 incidental charge did not get refunded and I had to call.”

“The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.”

“The beds were very comfortable, sliding glass doors were dirty at the bottom, pretzel laying on the floor when we got there. Not the hotel fault, but on the second day we were there, a dog started yelping at 6 and didn’t stop until 6:45. Also not your fault but went to use the washer & dryer and someone had their laundry in the wash, sat around for 2 1/2 hours waiting to use the washer , a guy came and said oh it must be my cousins, he pulls the laundry out and pulls a lighter out of the back……

“Front desk gentleman is very friendly ”

“The property is undergoing renovations so there was the expected construction dust and things around. However that night the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the hotel for safety precautions! I had just dozed off, there was a small child who was scared to death! The gentleman at the front desk looked terrified and he was on two separate phones he looked a nervous wreck!”

“The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include……

“Had to change rooms and both were filthy, my daughter was in the hospital and I had no choice! Tub and toilet disgusting! Dust, stains smh!!”

“The only complaint I have is the parking situation, but the hotel was wonderful!”

“There were a lot a places paint was chipping. The shower was slippery with some mat put in it and then you could feel the give/break in the bottom of the shower when you stepped on it. The office chair was broken and there were stains on the sofa and chair. There was no remote to the TV in the bedroom part of the suite. Staff was very friendly. It was nice enough for just someplace to sleep over night for a funeral. Not many amenities. Beds were comfortable. Easy ground access but no elevator. ……

“My room was next to housekeeping room. Terrible idea. It was early morning and all you could hear was a banging noise. Never again.”

“The room had an interesting smell. Maybe the ventilation is not very good because it rains a lot in this part of the country, I’m not sure. The staff is definitely not the friendliest, some are better than others. Breakfast is very good. The gym is OK glad they have a peloton now but a lot of times that Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and I couldn’t log onto classes so I just had to do a solo ride. They could expand it and get more equipment to make it a little bit more useful. I ended up going to a Planet……
