“The staff was so helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport, and in planning a guided trip to Tikal. One couple in our group said it was the loveliest place she had ever stayed. We appreciated the pool, the hot tub, and the on-site restaurant and bar. This is a perfect place to stay if you are short on time, want to visit Tikal (much closer than Flores itself), and want a lovely place on the lake.”

“All staff members were friendly, attentive and accommodating. There’s free transportation to Flores available by boat before 8 pm, and for a small fee boat will transport you to surrounding areas after hours. I scheduled the boat at 2:30 am to make it to Flores for my tour to Tikal and for 3 consecutive nights to pick me up after dinner. They also have a complimentary use of 2 kayaks. “Gorgeous, stunning property. Isolated however easily accessible via boat to the main land. There are a lot of amenities such as kayaking, paddle boating, hiking and a spa. It’s an amazing getaway, removed from all the excitement and noisiness on the mainland of Flores.
