All inclusive is good if you don’t plan to go out. Not everything is included but that’s the same everywhere. We didn’t get it because we planned to eat out often but we did pay for the breakfast buffet twice and it was good

Staff friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great experience here will definitely be back. Daily activities organized buy the staff. My kids loved beach volleyball and crazy games. Also evening entertainment like karaoke night, folklore dancing. Saw a few reviews that the food was not good or cold we did not have that experience. Even though we did not get all inclusive we did eat from the buffet one night and it was delicious and hand lunch from their pool area and the burgers w/fries and club sandwiches were also very good and huge portions. Helpful hints: if you get all inclusive take a yeti the bartender will fill it up for you with the included adult beverage. Also reserve a tour at the hotel to playa de la pierda around $30 a person. Great tour

This place is excellent for family vacation, it cover all the important qualities : safe, clean, convenient ,all the staff great customer service, I highly recommend, also their food is pretty good, our entire family enjoyed our vacation and Viaggio made it memorable. I look at other resorts and for me Viaggio was the perfect match for our expectations.
