“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. “This is a characterful property set overlooking lovely views of the river Sile and apart from occasional traffic noise is very peaceful. We found the staff very welcoming. Although registration is not until after 15.00 we were able to leave our bags in Reception when we arrived earlier so we could explore the town and find somewhere for lunch. The entrance is by a buzzer on a door at the side of the building just beyond the cafè and once you are buzzed inside the accommodation is on the third……

"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
