“our staycation here was perfect. we needed a little getaway from home and this was exactly what we needed. breakfast buffet was great for it being free. king suite was cozy and spacious. would def stay here again and would recommend to others.”

Parking, breakfast ease of check in, the cleanliness of room and hotel, the swimming pool and all the resturants in the area. The happy hour is also something we enjoyed. We will stay here every time we go to Scottsdale.”

“We loved the property because of all the beautiful trees and foliage. Beautifully appointed and clean. However while at the pool the music was extremely loud and selection of songs not quality music!! This hotel is advertised as a quiet oasis for relaxation!! The music didn’t let you relax at all!!”

“My husband and I stayed here for several weeks in one of the Villas, and we put some friends up in the main hotel. There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff. On the last night that our guest stayed in the main hotel, the ceiling in her room leaked everywhere due to a burst toilet pipe from the room above. It rained all over her clothing and laptop, ruining her……

“It is like lipstick on a pig. Had to move rooms as there wasn't a refrigerator. Had to go to the lobby with each room as my key didn't work. Killed 2 large ants in my room. One was on the bed and one in the bathroom. I would have left if I could have had my money refunded. No ice available except in the lobby. It was 108 degrees outside. What more can I say.”

“Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast.”

“Hallway trash unattended to and had an odor. Pool lounge closed for a "private event" which was nothing more than management trying to keep traffic down because bar staff did not show up. I assume and I am hopeful that things will get better there.”
