“This is not a hotel- it’s an apartment building that I assume wasn’t selling so they are pretending to run a hotel out of it. Upon check in they pulled out a binder full of random key fobs and then assigned it to a room, and said the room number to the room full of people. The AC was not on and when I turned it on it did not ever get cooler than 78 degrees in the apartment, even overnight. At 10:30pm someone was able to unlock my room and if I hadn’t put a separate door lock on, would have been……

“This hotel has a truly iconic, vintage charm that makes it unique and memorable. You can tell it has a lot of history, which we appreciated. However, it definitely needs some TLC. While keeping the vintage theme is a great idea, the property would really benefit from upgrades and better maintenance. The front desk experience could also be improved.
