“We had a great time at Leon and Elaine's cabin. The cabin itself is well set up and we had all the essentials we needed for sleeping, cooking, and bathing. The outside space is great, we had a fire almost every night and paddled as far as we dared on the large lake which is easily accessible from multiple points on the property. Leon was very helpful with information and supplies and patiently made friends with our shy dog over the course of 6-ish days. There's some great hiking near by and a……

We saw loons and an eagle grab a fish right out the water. The outdoor patio was great for spending the day outside, has a fantastic swing and a gas grill. “Perfect, quiet weekend away for my husband and I! The front porch was where we spent all our time. Very clean, anything we needed was available, and Kim was very communicative in making sure we were all set. As with many Maine camps, very steep stairs to the upstairs sleeping area but it’s well lit. Neighbors are very close but everyone was nice and welcoming. We rented a boat for the day from Merrill’s Marina half a mile away and explored the lake that way. We would definitely stay again!”
