“This is a very cute little apartment that worked perfectly for 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 teens. It is conveniently located and very welcoming. When visiting family in Boston, we will most definitely attempt to book again!”

“We attended a wedding and stayed in this place. The house is big and has 5 bedrooms with multiple beds which serves us well because we were 12 people. The rooms are located upstairs and basement with stairs that can be steep for older people. There were plenty of pillows and towels you can use. Location of the house was very quiet. Jenny Vu was easy to talked to and was very responsive.”

This listing is inaccurate as there was not a hot tub as stated, also not sure how it can be newly renovated when we were hit with a strong mold smell the minute we walked in, which they must be aware of as a bottle of air freshener was sitting in the living room. “For what it's worth, it's good for the price. Relatively quiet neighborhood and a good amount of space for privacy. It had everything I needed on a budget. - WiFi is provided when you ask. - There's towels. One body and one face towel. And room spray if you need it. - There's a fan to keep you cool, but I only found out on my last day or so. You have to turn the dial on the back of it. - Simple lamp in bedroom that acts as a good light. - A fridge for any leftovers you have. And that's……

“This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit was a comfortable and affordable accommodation with reasonable access to public transit to get into Boston. The unit was clean. The only hiccup we had was the absence of a hair dryer. We contacted the host and within 3 minutes there was a hair dryer at our front door. The unit is in a nice residential area. If you are an extremely light sleeper, you may find the street traffic noise bothersome, but it didn’t keep us awake at night.”
