Based on its description online, this property was less well-maintained than I expected. It felt more like a hostel or what I imagine old boarding houses to be than contemporary lodging. The price and location were “right” for me, though.

It was the worst place I ever stayed. The room smelled like cigarettes. The blanket was full of cigarette burns. There was a shared bathroom that was so dirty that I can't find words to describe it. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly and took forever for the tank to refill. On top of it, the guy that checked me in tried to swindle me out of an additional $10.00 per day for parking. I couldn't sleep because it was so gross. I only stayed 1 night instead of 4.
