“The best thing about the hotel is its location—very close to the city's historic center, the Angel of Independence, and various tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy, though not luxurious. There is an elevator, which is somewhat narrow but functional. Additionally, there is a breakfast area that is in excellent condition. The staff at the front desk were friendly and informative.”

“This property needs a lift gate or a handicap ramp to assist with luggage. Especially if the front desk do not allow you to use the handicap lift. I feel bad whoever can’t lift 40lbs luggage upstairs”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel for six nights, occupying three rooms—one twin and two singles. I was in one of the single rooms and wanted to share both the positives and the problems we encountered to inform others. I would first like to commend a member of staff who served us breakfast on most mornings (he seemed to be off on the 18th). He was friendly and took the time to clearly explain the menu options. All the breakfasts were delicious. Regrettably, I must express my disappointment……

“Todo estuvo muy bien , si se escucha ruido de afuera pero es lógico que se escuche esta en una avenida que pasan muchos carros pero para mí no me molestó pero lo comento para que lo tomen en cuenta si se llegan a hospedar.”
