"Everything in this hotel is trash. Rooms, lobby, elevator everything smells like dog pee."

"I’ve always stayed in Country Inn & Suites when I fly out of Seattle so I took it for granted this would be a nice hotel like it was I was wrong. It’s very dated. The room is very noisy. The windows didn’t seal well so I had a lot of road noise the floor in the room is dirty. I had white socks on and they were black after walking around. The shower hadn’t been clean properly. I was very disappointed."

"I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting to check in when I could hear the guy back in the back watching videos. Whole place smelled like vape, cigarettes, and weed even though it’s no smoking. I got woken up in the middle of the day as a night shifter to pounding on my door for an ”inspection” the day after I checked in. I needed a luggage cart the day I checked out and the front desk was no help with locating one. Room was clean but no well maintained. No curtains in the room just blinds so I could not make it dark at all like most hotels."

"Property is currently under renovation which was not stated on hotels.com website. Things like this should be disclosed to help customers decide whether to book or not. Property badly needs refresh. Carpets are stained (yuck), room furniture from the '70s. I can't believed Hilton will attach their brand to this property. One bright spot is the breakfast, which hotel tries to varies everyday (scrambled eggs one day, omelette the next)."

"The hotel is under reconstruction and completely unsafe for any human being to stay there, but especially women since the women’s restroom door won’t even close/lock to allow you privacy… there’s very little staff in the hotel, mostly construction workers working in the full remodel. Walls are coming apart, restroom door locks are broken and cannot be fully closed, everything is awfully dirty, staff is not helpful at all, and they won’t agree to reimburse you after you travel all the way there and decide to leave for your own safety. They are scamming people to make reservations, but literally, there’s no one staying there because it is inhabitable. The manager is never around and does not respond to emails. Save your time and money and run from this scam hotel. Pictures of the deplorable construction site were sent to Expedia but so far, no action has been taken…"
