Our room’s bathroom sink lever did not stay up when trying to use it. So, that did not make it easy to wash hands or brush teeth. However, we only stayed a night, so, we just made it work. Also, the bedroom’s TV was not working properly as when we tried to search channels there was a poor connection. Lastly, my family and I went to the pool and although the water was warm and that was a positive for my children, we could see that the pull was dirty and some debris was in it. Overall, the continental breakfast wasn’t bad and the coffee was surprisingly good. I booked a king suite and received a king handicap suite. Didn’t notice a difference until I went to take a shower and by that time I wasn’t changing rooms. Just lucky I am short. Bathroom sink faucet was messed up. Shampoo and conditioner coming out of the wall the screws weee missing so it was hanging. I didn’t inform the hotel but figured you get what you pay for. Garbage outside around the entrances other than that safe spot and friendly staff.
