For the $200/night price tag, I expected a lot more than the $70/night accommodations. The room was modernized but looked gross in corners, and glass shelves that had dust rings and hair. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and sleep was lousy. One queen bed was up against the window so we had to climb over the bed to get to your side. Staff gave us an attitude when we needed item to use the pull out couch. And that was so uncomfortable our 70lb son didn’t hardly sleep. When they offered free breakfast, it was the most minimal breakfast I’d ever been to.

My bed was horrible that I could feel the spring and my hip. I woke up my back was aching. The vending machines were not working. I asked if they had water. They had no water available, and it seems as if there was no effort to fix the vending machines, which held the water.

So happy with this hotel!! I was so stressed when I arrived and Keisha went above and beyond to listen to me and to help me be able to just relax and enjoy my weekend. With Keisha's help, my nightmare of a weekend was saved into one that was filled with amazing memories my children so always Rent-A-Car l remember. I will definitely stay there again!!

Room was dirty, food crumbs all over on the floor, toilet in bathroom dirty and hotel clerk assured us it was just cleaned. He left the front desk and checked the room. The uncleaned areas where not found until after we were unpacked.

The staff was GREAT who we interacted with. The bathroom by the pool had toilet paper and pee all over the floor. No towels for the pool. There was a verbal argument between other guests outside our room that woke my daughters up in the middle of the night which staff addressed immediately. The room overall was okay. Our room smelled like fresh paint so we didnt have issues with smell. The bedding had food crumbs on top of fitted sheet so we didnt sleep under the comforter.
