They made sure we were set up with the Venezia passes before we arrived and that we knew the best route from the train station. “Loved our stay in Venice! Our host was very helpful: allowing early check in with our luggage after long travel day, exceptional directions and easy check in process. The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of charming restaurants. We were a little challenged with the flights of stairs since our rooms were on the top floor.
