The apartment is in Venice’s historic center, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Rialto Bridge, 10 minutes from St. Mark’s Square, and 20 minutes from the train and bus stations. Recently renovated, the apartment is on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It features a spacious entrance with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave, a double bedroom with wardrobe and dresser, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a living room with TV and sofa. Upon prior request, the sofa can be converted into a bed for extra guests (maximum 2 people in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room). Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning is not available. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via about 20 steps. For two guests, the double bed will be prepared.
