The Space:  
If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and the feeling of a home away from home for a group of up to 16, this is the place! This 2 condo combo is nestled in a central location. The accommodations offer a place to rest after a day of exploring the city. Discover the nearby cafes, stroll through the tree-lined streets perfect for enjoying a leisurely afternoon or go out exploring - there’s so much to see close by!   
  
The main spaces of the 130 m2, 3rd-floor Unit 402 & the 130 m2, 4th-floor Unit 502:  
  
\- Luminous SITTING AREAs with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, interesting art, and floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day.   
  
\- The 3rd-floor unit has 2 desks with chairs providing a LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE if needed.   
  
\- KITCHENS are well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day if you wish, and the important extras are included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers.   
  
\- For enjoying a sit-down meal, each unit has a DINING TABLE that can accommodate 8 comfortably.   
  
\-​​ Each unit has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests, each arranged as such:  
\* All of the bedrooms have room-darkening shades.   
BEDROOM 1: King bed   
BEDROOM 2: 2 Double beds   
BEDROOM 3: 2 Single beds   
  
 \- Both units have a WASHER & DRYER  
  
Guest Access:  
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Roma is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood that captivates visitors with its bohemian atmosphere. It’s known for its tree-lined streets and charming architecture and is a haven for artists, intellectuals, and young professionals. The area boasts a diverse array of cafes, restaurants, and bars, offering culinary delights from around the world. Its cultural scene is enriched by art galleries, theaters, and independent cinemas. The neighborhood also embraces green spaces like the iconic Parque México, perfect for leisurely strolls. Roma Norte's unique blend of history, creativity, and modernity makes it a beloved and dynamic destination in Mexico City.  
  
Getting Around:  
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).   
Some options for transportation are:   
\- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.  
\- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.  
  
\- There is a water filtration system located beside the kitchen sink, which makes it easy to access clean drinking water.  
\- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.  
\- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.  
\- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.  
\- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.  
\- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.   
\- Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.  
\- A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM.  
\- If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance.  
\- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.  
\- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.  
\- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.  
\- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.  
\- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.  
\- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.  
\- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.  
\- Guests must climb stairs.  
\- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.  
\- The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage.  
\- Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine.  
  
Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.  
  
Enjoy the services of a bilingual local concierge dedicated to making your stay memorable. Before your stay, we personalize your itinerary and manage your reservations. During your stay, we verify and replenish household items and bath essentials, all with an immediate response time extended from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. We'd like to remind you that this service is an additional supplement, and its cost varies depending on the type of request you make.
