Room was comfy and had all the necessities. Cleaned everyday and staff was helpful when I had questions. Only cons would be that I couldn’t look out my window (seemed tinted) and the bathroom sink would spray back occasionally. Very small issues. Other than that, I’d stay here again

The quality of breakfast has noticeably declined. The offerings were sparse, and it took the staff an unreasonably long time to fulfill our requests. While the gentleman assisting with luggage was very attentive, the rest of the staff, particularly in the restaurant, need significant improvement.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! They treat u like ur an inconvenience! Staff was beyond rude! Please save urself some grief n stay somewhere else! They charge u for everything, u can’t even take a cup of coffee that of course u paid for, up to ur room!! Ridiculous!! We were humiliated in the front lobby over a stain on a towel!! Only reason we stayed was because of the reviews, there is no way that they r true as we did not receive any hospitality. The front lady in the kitchen is beyond reprehensible as is the guy in charge of housekeeping!! If i could give 0 stars that’s what it would be.

The staff was very professional and very helpful. The Hotel doesn't look like much from the street, but once you enter you are standing in a five star hotel. The amenities they offer are top notch. We enjoyed a nice meal the last day we stayed there. I would recommend it.

The first night out of 5, the room they assigned me was terribly noisy. I couldn’t sleep at all. When I asked for a change of room, they said all the rooms “Executive matrimonial” are around the AC Unit so will be as loud as my room. They made me to upgrade the room to get quiet room paying ~$30 per night. Which I accepted because there was no choice. I think it’s not ethical to offer a room knowing they are not suitable to sleep. The staffs where kind.

Property is located in a highly congested area where traffic is terrible. The people walking the streets look like drug addicts. A lot of noise at night. I don’t recommend.

Looks can be deceiving, this property is beautiful the interior is amazing, the architecture and design of the rooms, while small, are very comfortable and perfect for the location. The staff speaks English and were extremely friendly!

The hotel has nice rooms and a kind staff. Everyone greeted me upon arrival and departure throughout my stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a central area. There are restaurants and convenience stores close by. But the amenities and overall operations of the hotel are not that great. For starters, the water in my room was cold. The hot and cold water directions of the faucet are off, but either way I turned the handle, the water was still cold. So you likely won’t be taking any warm or hot showers. Secondly, the WiFi in the hotel is terrible!!If you’re planning to work or do anything significant from the hotel, don’t bother. The WiFi is unreliable for what’s supposed to be a 4-star hotel. The internet DOES NOT WORK. Being in a hotel, means one is away from home or traveling, so the need for reliable WiFi to even connect with others is necessary. It was pointless to connect on my phone and my laptop hardly ever connected. They have Netflix and streaming services on the TVs, but don’t bother! Also, there are no irons in the rooms. I asked for an iron so I could iron an article of clothing, and they made me hand over my ID to use it. Additionally, they said they needed to KEEP my ID until the iron was returned. I thought, like most hotels, it came with an iron to use throughout my stay, but no. As a person traveling for vacation, it makes no sense that I’m walking around or touring without an ID. So I opted to quickly iron everything for hours at once.
