“Property was clean, spacious and close to all amenities in the downtown area. There were a few appliances that needed to be replaced, the iron did not work and the tea kettle lid didn't close property. Minor inconveniences, but overall a great stay.”

“We knew this was a virtual hotel when we booked, but we had no idea it would be this complicated. There was no staff, no lobby, and no one available to help when we arrived. We had to rely on strangers to figure out the check-in process because we received very little instruction beforehand. The room was very small, had no balcony, no closet, no extra bedding, and a terrible view. The bed was uncomfortable and kept separating from the wall. There was no phone in the room, and getting something……
