“Pros were:Clean, location was great. Cons were:Small, no windows, ant issues, and rusty water”

“Units were great, stay was easy and smooth, all amenities were provided for and had no complaints. If deciding to bring rental cars, the left side parking is on an uneven incline that can potentially scrape the bottom of your car so be mindful of that.”

“Excellent service”

“Excellent!”

“Perfect for our family of four - twin beds in the second bedroom were a hit with our two girls. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Garage to park the car safely was great. The location was very centrally located. Close to Old Town, Zoo and Balboa Park. This was the most well stocked place we have ever stayed - dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry pods, soap, shampoo, coffee pods. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the tea kettle. Responses to questions were……

“Responsive communication, very good location and pictures are accurate.”

“This condo was perfect for our family. We have two kids 6 and 4 years old. They enjoyed the place and the views of planes taking off in the morning. The condo was clean and I felt at ease. The ability to do laundry, cook breakfast and pack lunches for the beach was definitely a plus. We also appreciated the beach chairs and extra beach towels. Please note this location was close to many places we visited with the kids. Lego Land, USS Midway museum, Sesame place, and the beach. Thank you for……

“Overall, our stay here was pleasant! It is conveniently located to multiple places in San Diego. There was plenty of space, towels, linens, dishes, etc. I would say for the price we paid, the place could have been cleaner. The floors probably need to be steamed cleaned at this point. The bathroom showers could have been cleaner. When we first came in, all I wanted to do is give it a good vacuum…The biggest issue for us was the parking. They’re four spots for the four condos, but two are at a……

“This place is misleading at best. After an hour late check-in, there was no key and the cleaners had to let us in.The place isn't as advertised, with bed arrangements not matching the description and significantly outdated photos. It's incredibly rundown and worn, and the only saving grace is the location.Avoid, especially for the cost.”

“Great location in Little Italy. Upkeep of the property could be a little better. TV remotes (satellite/cable) were disgusting and batteries were dead. Replace them with new remotes. Better instructions for TV operation a must. Great property, just needs a little more attention to make this a 5 star rental.”

“Cute, modern place in Little Italy. Close to lots of eateries and nightlife. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The pictures make it seem that the units are connected. However, we arrived after 8pm, so figuring out how to get to the second unit was a challenge. Had the wooden gate been on the other side of the door to unit C it would have been easier to move between the two units. There were ants on the floor and in the bed of unit C. There isn't a patio or a space large enough for 6 people to eat a meal together or to sit comfortably. The location worked for us, as it was an easy walk to Little……

“I loved that the host checked in with us a few times, was very available. Place was spacious, clean, cheerful.”

“Two downsides to this excellent property. There were no doors to either of the closet or storage closet so one was forced to look at messy shelves and hanging clothes. There was no dedicated set up dining area, unless you count the counter. The table had to be set up and put away in order to be able to move around the room. Love the decor and it was well stocked. If they fix these two things it would raise my rating to excellent. ”

“This was a wonderful property within walking distance of Little Italy and many other great amenities. The pool was awesome! Would stay here again! Highly recommend!”

“So much better than staying at a hotel!”
