“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. “Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment is newly renovated and pristine (with fantastic AC). The location within 1 minute of the metro was super convenient and the area down by the canals had fabulous restaurants. Check-in was easy (and flexible! We got in at 10am and we were lucky they could accommodate us early) and super friendly. One of our favorite spaces to settle into as a home base while on vacation with our family of 6.”
