“at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”

“The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage. ”

“首先这家酒店的名字几经更换了，酒店位于二楼（欧洲地区叫作一楼），酒店前台要从一个大门进入上二楼才见得到。你到了可以给酒店打电话。尽管如此，进入酒店房间，我们就喜爱上了她，非常高的天花板和宽敞的空间，房间里还有鲜花，化妆间，酒店为了表示歉意（因为名字换了没有及时通知我），还给我们送来小吃和白葡萄酒。还有就是它的位置极佳，距离米兰大教堂步行最多十分钟，出酒店大门右转直走到底然后再左转直走就到了，购物也方便啊。。。太喜欢了！”

“La habitación muy limpia, el colchón de la cama un poco duro a mi parecer y no hay elevador. La ubicación es perfecta porque todo queda cerca pero si eres de las personas que no pueden dormir con ruido entonces no te lo recomiendo ya que por estar tan céntrico siempre hay ruido e incluso por ahí pasa en las noches el transporte y gente trabajando desde temprano.”

“The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.”

“Great location- easy walking distance to most major attractions- the Duomo, Castello Sforcesco and Santa Maria de la Grazia (Last Supper). The suite is well appointed and everything needed is provided - coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel and body lotions (Lanvin) - as well as toothbrushes and pastes and even ear plugs (should flag that due to the very central location it is a little noisier as lots of traffic but the ear plugs provided help a great deal).”
