We’d probably choose a room without a sea view next time- the tractor that rakes the sand starts around 6.30am and the main road in front is noisy. Thoroughly recommend”

“Nice and clean - a good stay. The hosts were really great when I arrived quite late at night due to a missed train, and were really helpful in making sure I could get right into my room easily. I really appreciated their helpfulness and easy communication. There are a number of pets about the house including dogs, who make a bit of noise in the evening and early morning, but not too bad. I would be quite happy to stay here again.”

“The property is tastefully decorated in great condition and extremely clean and tidy. We street parked during our stay with no issues with a parking pass from our amazing host Maxine. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her , went above and beyond to make our experience of Weymouth the best it could be starting the day with a delicious breakfast and the go too’s and must sees of what the area had to offer. Booking anywhere else would be a waste of money… this is the place it Stands……

“Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. ”

“A delightful B&B on the Esplanade in Weymouth. You will be greeted with the warmest welcome by Derek, the proprietor. Freshly cooked breakfasts and sometimes cake in the afternoons. The rooms are well appointed.”
