Noise! Non stop. Everyday, dogs barking, police, meth heads creeping around. Room not bad, but I was robbed of all my clothing, random foods, and lol paper plates, and plastic cutlery! Avoid! Avoid! Unless you use meth.

The building had a smell that was a mix between weg dog and weed. The hallways were dirty - like nothing had been vacuumed in really really long time (and this was more than just salt from the sidewalks becuase of it being winter getting tracked in). The room got worse: a baseboard heater cranked up so high we had to open a window to cool it down; busted sink; stained curtains; and what appeared to be old blood in the shower curtain. The frint desk person was nice enough, but was talking abiut getting drunk with one of the guestsafter her shift ended. As a whole the property felt unsafe and dirty. We actually didnt even stay more than hour before we checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Hallway was very dirty. The dogs barking next door kept us up all night. Room was very dirty! Cigarettes butts in the toilet when we showed up, hair all over the shower and someones dirty shirt was left hanging inside the bathroom. Cops got called for a LOUD DV situation down the hall. Only positive thing i have to say is the front desk lady was very nice.

My husband stayed at this property for two separate, fully paid weeks during a business trip, and what he experienced is absolutely unacceptable. I am now formally documenting these issues due to the severity of the conditions and the conduct of the staff. First, the room itself was unsafe and unsanitary. The window area was covered in filth, grime, and visible buildup, clearly showing a long-term failure to maintain basic cleanliness standards. This is not just poor housekeeping — this is a health and safety concern, and I have photographic evidence. No guest should be forced to stay in conditions that violate even the most basic standards of cleanliness. Second, the staff’s behavior toward him was consistently hostile, rude, and inappropriate. Instead of addressing concerns or providing professional assistance, employees acted aggressively and dismissively toward a paying guest who had already spent a significant amount of money to stay here. This review serves as a formal written notice that we are requesting an immediate phone call from management. If this matter is ignored, we are fully prepared to escalate this through corporate, local health authorities, and the appropriate consumer protection channels. A paying customer should never be subjected to unsafe conditions, disrespect, or negligence. We expect a prompt and serious response.

The staff was kind and attentive. The room was still dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping needs to make sure the linen is cleaned and the beds are changed (there were crumbs under the blankets on both beds and dirty clothes-including dirty pair of boxers) behind the stand and the bathroom tub had mold and walls were crumbling. AGAIN the staff was really sweet and kept the lobby clean and had fresh coffee. It’s a bed & shower for when you’re either pressed for cash and/or just need a bed behind a closed door & cheap.
