“窗帘无法完全拉上这个设计很奇怪，还有不给牙膏。记得以前住red roof都有牙膏。停车场有点拥挤，因为和对面酒店共用一个停车场。”

“Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined . Besides rude staff, the ridiculous amount of cigarette smoking directly in front of the door and filthy carpet and mold smell The hotel overall is……

“I try to stay at Staybridge Suites when I can. This one is not there best. They were behind on maintenance and landscape maintenance. The rooms had not yet been updated to this century. The exercise area is not worth listing as an amenity. No dumbbells less than 30-lbs. No room to workout. Three treadmills crammed together. No worth your time. The food is not at the usual level from this chain. I am not sure how you can get eggs to taste like dishwasher soap. The biscuits were stupid……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“We stayed in room 205, there were long hairs on in the bath tub and bathroom floor, the carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. They charged us $166 deposit for two nights (no big deal), but when we checked out at 4am they charged us another $100 for reasons unknown.”
