Staff was professional, kind, and welcoming. The restaurant was good. The bad thing was that all of the pillows were very lumpy with hard spots. Very uncomfortable. Also they had down blankets on the beds but didn’t use duvets. They just sandwiched it between two sheets which was also uncomfortable and I got a bit tangled in.

Everything was great for my 12 hour stay but the room looked out onto the the gravel roof and otger side of building. Not a big deal but would have stunk if I was staying longer.

Stain on carpet in middle of floor. Foul odor in room when a/c was not running. Hotel policy is no housekeeping until after 3 day stay. Had to call twice for fresh towels and coffee. My granddaughter loved the water park.

I stayed in an executive king suite. I wanted the extra space for my 3 year old to run around and play and it was perfect and cozy. He loved the shower and how the bathroom door closed. Slept like a king lol. The walking distance from the room to the Waterpark was perfect as well not to far just a bit chilly, but thats expected. The patio area was very cute and had a home feeling to it and the indoor pool was beautiful. I think my 3 year liked it better in there. It was just the 2 of us in there since everyone else was at the water park. Breakfast buffet was great too.

Buffet breakfast was a total rip off, Water park day pass for hotel guests needs to be adjusted. Why should an adult who’s not participating have to pay a fee to enter? Mandatory for child to have adult yet adult has to pay to sit at table and watch. Then you need another bracelet to reenter the hotel? So confused. How about you add room key access from water park to hotel.
