“GREAT SPACE IN THE SUITES! WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Lobby needs a little sprucing up for sure!”

“Got off to a rough start. Front desk was occupied by a sign with a phone # to call. Waited too long for the attendant to arrive. This was at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Room was in a state of disrepair. Room was right next to major remodeling. Trevan came on shift Tuesday morning. He promised to have a new room by the time i returned. He was true to his word. And all week long i witnessed him worked constantly to ensure things were running smoothly. ”

“Overall was a great stay, but the room had a funny smell by the night stand. ”

“The room was dirty and smelled bad. I asked for a different room and was kindly taken to a new one. It smelled better but wasn’t that clean. The breakfast was terrible with hard rock biscuits and day or two old hasbrown/egg mixture. There is also strange transactions on my visa that I have to call and clear up. This place is not recommended. ”

“attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! ”

“Staff is good. But room are very dirty. I have change 4 room then i get one clean. I an no recommend. ”

“The staff at night we terrible and were told the the wrong info about the pool hours and breakfast hours and just rude with a snarky attitude, the lady at the front desk the next morning was very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay nice.”

“Pros: Room was clean, and a lot of space for the room. Con: The lady who checked me in didn’t fully check me in but gave my room key to me. Had to go down to front desk & check in the next morning and signed what I needed too. Got home & found out they charged my card twice due to THEIR mistake and have to wait and see if the manager can get my money back. ”

“The water in the washbasin in Room 225 is blocked.”

“Comfortable beds, decors was pretty old and coming apart but usable; pool was out of order 😢 but all in all I would stay there again ”

“We did not stay after seeing condition of the room, pubic hair left on the toilet seat, floor not clean and mopped , furniture run down and staff not willing to accommodate. In fact she was smoking weed outside in a car and not behind the desk. Very dissatisfied. ”
