“Terrible hotel experience! I strongly recommend staying away until these issues are addressed. There was no hot water in the room, expired food items were served at breakfast, the pool water was freezing cold, and the staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic communication skills. To make matters worse, they refused our refund request despite all these issues. These are just a few of the many problems we experienced. “Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was……
