“Room had not been cleaned yet when we arrived, we waited in the lobby about 90 minutes for them to find staff to come and clean the room. When we were checking in the front desk person ' warned' us they had had issues with housekeeping. A simple check by staff before we arrived , we could have avoided the issues. Bagels in breakfast room were stale, potatoes were cold....ended up having yogurt. ”

“The hotel was incredibly dirty, staff was unfriendly, hallways were dirty, no pillowcases on pillows, room smelled, marijuana smell throughout the entire 2nd floor. Will not be back. Used to be a very nice hotel, have stayed there several times in the past, but unfortunately will not be back”

“We had to switch rooms twice before there was clean bedding. Our toilet was covered in pee. The bedding was stained an it just was not a good experience. I booked through Expedia and they called to try to sort it out for me but the refused to refund anything just offered to switch our room yet again. So we booked with a different hotel the rest of our trip. ”

“Leaking water in bathroom from above floor, pool cold and area not very well kept up. Breakfast was ok. But would not stay here again. Was an interesting stay to say the least. ”

“Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends……

“I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event……
