Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was boarded up, as they were on the other floors. There is today NO renovations in progress.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Great location and the price was perfect. Our only issue was the pool was absolutely freezing and not usable.

Only complaint I have is that our fridge wasn't working but we didn't need it anyways and that is always an easy fix. 10 out of 10 recommend!
