The one and only employee we encountered the first two days was polite and appeared to be helpful but in the end there was little he did or could do.
-one side security entrance door did not work with key card or otherwise, the opposite side security door did not lock and was accessible to anyone
-one elevator operational, interior was filthy, liquids splashed on the interior elevator walls, hand prints, foot prints, grime that had been there a very long time
-hallway garbage cans full of garbage, overflowing and smelling
- asked for room service, there was no service because there were no cleaning staff employees to do the work our entire stay
-all glass windows and doors obviously had not been cleaned for an extended period of time
-two towels only in the rooms
- no hair dryers in the rooms
-some laundry appliances out of order, as were the coffee machine, main floor restrooms, 4th floor ice machine,
- hallways blocked off by sheets of particle board
-water was just warm, not hot
-incorrect name on the front of the hotel
-research appears to indicate this hotel n related ownership company n owner are the subject of civil litigation/court action
- have stayed at a number of hotels in Minot, none like this
-bottom line, do not stay here, too many issues.
