The room itself was okay overall, but there were definitely a few disappointments. The top comforter was ripped, and the refrigerator never seemed to get very cold, even when turned all the way up.
We also stopped at the small bar area and tried to use the three machines there, but none of them would accept our money. We tried three different bills in all three machines with no luck. I was also surprised to see that the vending machines have been removed, and a 16.9 oz bottle of soda now costs $4.
My biggest disappointment, though, was the pool area. Both slides were closed and not working, and from the looks of them, they haven't been operational for quite some time. The slides were a big part of the reason for choosing this hotel, so that was especially disappointing.
The stay wasn't terrible, and the room served its purpose, but for the price and the amenities that are advertised, I expected a little more attention to maintenance and for the main attractions to actually be available.
